Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about ordering and delivery. Can’t find what you’re looking for? Give us a call on 03 9758 9539.

What’s the cut-off for same-day delivery?

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday or 12pm Saturday. On very busy days we may close same-day orders a little earlier.

Do you deliver to my suburb?

We deliver to more than 100 suburbs across Scoresby, Knox and Melbourne’s east. You’ll find the full list on our Delivery page, and checkout shows the fee for your suburb before you pay.

How much is delivery?

It depends on the suburb. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

What time will my flowers arrive?

Homes by 7pm and businesses by 5pm on the delivery day. We can’t promise exact times on Saturdays.

Can you deliver to a funeral?

Yes. Tick “This order is for a funeral” at checkout and add the venue and service time, and we’ll deliver ahead of the service. For a set time on a weekday, please order at least 24 hours ahead.

What should I write on a sympathy card?

Keep it simple and from the heart. “Thinking of you all”, “With deepest sympathy” or “Forever in our hearts” are all lovely. If you’d rather not sign it, you can choose to send the card anonymously at checkout.

What happens if nobody is home?

We leave the flowers somewhere shaded, safe and out of sight. If there’s nowhere safe, we take them back and call to arrange another delivery.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?

Flowers are seasonal, so every design is a little different. We always match the colours and style shown and, if a flower isn’t available, use the best seasonal alternative of equal or greater value.

Can I pick up my order?

We’re a delivery florist, so we don’t have a shop for pick-ups.

Do you look after businesses?

Yes, we love it. Reception flowers, client gifts, staff thank-yous and sympathy flowers, with monthly invoicing for account customers. See Corporate & accounts.

Something isn’t right with my order. What do I do?

We’re so sorry. Please call us on 03 9758 9539 as soon as you can, ideally with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
